Can my Thai wife get a British passport?

If you are married to a British citizen, you may be granted a UK Spouse Visa for an initial period of 30 months. If you are both still married and living together at the end of that period in the UK, you would then be eligible to apply for Further Leave to Remain which entitles a further stay of another 30 months. After this period you can then apply for indefinite leave to remain in the UK (permanent residence).

You can then apply for UK citizenship by naturalization after 5 years of residence. You would need to show that you have sufficient knowledge of the English language (B1 test), and have passed the Life in the UK test.

Will I need to attend a citizenship ceremony in the UK?

Yes, you will be invited to attend a British citizenship ceremony, and you will have to make an oath of allegiance. At the end of the ceremony, you will be presented with your certificate of citizenship. You can then apply for a British passport.
