If you are applying for Single Entry Tourist Visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in Bangkok you should be aware that you will now be required to show that you have:

  • A return air ticket
  • Proof of accommodation
  • Enough money to be able to support yourself for the duration of your stay

 

60 Day Single Entry Tourist Visa in Thailand Requirements

 

  • Your passport must be valid with a minimum of six months plus two blank pages
  • You will need to supply a copy of your online application clearly showing the barcode
  • Proof of a return flight to and from Thailand
  • Proof of accommodation
  • Evidence that you can support yourself financially for the duration of your stay. It could include bank statements, payslips or a sponsorship letter

30 Day Single Entry Tourist Visa in Thailand Requirements

 

  • Your passport must be valid with a minimum of six months plus two blank pages
  • You will need to supply a copy of your online application clearly showing the barcode
  • Proof of confirmed means to leave the country either by air, sea or land. The tickets must be valid for within 30 days of entering the Kingdom of Thailand
  • Proof of funds for your stay in Thailand. It means THB20,000 for individuals and THB40,000 for families. It can be made up of Travellers Cheques and/or cash
