What should you bring to an appointment?
The documents depend on the service you need. As a starting point, bring your passport or relevant identity document, any current visa or immigration correspondence, and the documents connected with your enquiry. If you have an application deadline, previous refusal or upcoming travel date, tell us when you book.
You can send a brief outline through WhatsApp before visiting. Please avoid sending sensitive documents until we have confirmed what is needed and how to provide them.

Our Thailand and UK offices are separate businesses directed by Paul Aslett. The Pattaya office provides overseas application and Thailand-based services. UK immigration advice provided through Thai Visa Express UK is regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA), registration F200700163. The Thailand company itself is an overseas consultancy and is not IAA-regulated.
