- Whether either person has applied for or been refused a visa before

- Wedding, family and future plans
Why are genuine couples questioned?
UKVI must be satisfied that the relationship is genuine and continuing. Being invited to an interview does not automatically mean the application will be refused, but it should be taken seriously.
